Data we collect
Your name, email, and billing information (handled by Stripe). Listing photographs you upload. Usage signals like which transformations you run. No tracking cookies, no third-party ad tech.
How we use it
Only to operate the service — render your photos, manage your subscription, and email you about your account. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Your images
You retain full ownership. We store your uploaded and generated images in your private Library for as long as your account is active. We do not use your images to train our models unless you explicitly opt in via Settings.
Retention and deletion
Delete any render from your Library at any time. Delete your account to remove all associated data within 30 days, or contact hello@plotpane.com to request an earlier purge.
Security
TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, SOC 2-ready infrastructure. We maintain audit logs of access to customer data.
Processors
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and auth), Postmark (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring). All processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
