AI photography for commercial real estate brokerages

Commercial real estate photography is adjacent-but-different from residential. The photo is almost never the decision-maker — the T-12, cap rate, and floor plates are — but the photo is the gate. A CBRE, JLL, or Colliers pitch deck or OM package can't ship with a phone-shot warehouse interior. Plotpane is tuned for what CRE actually needs: structure-preserving enhancement on real geometry.

Why commercial real estate love Plotpane

Built for the volume, brand, and disclosure bar your category actually runs at.

Structure-preserving enhancement on actual floor plans

CRE imagery gets scrutinized by tenant reps against the architect's plans. Invented walls, hallucinated columns, or 'fixed' ceiling grids will get a listing flagged. Plotpane's Auto Enhance explicitly does not re-render geometry — it corrects exposure, white balance, and clarity while preserving every column, mechanical soffit, and cable tray exactly as shot.

Perspective Fix for wide-angle retail bays

Retail-bay photos are captured at 14-18mm to get the whole empty unit in frame. The result: catastrophic keystone, leaning columns, curved floor lines. Perspective Fix corrects verticals to plumb and floors to level without reshooting — a single pass fixes the full photo set from a broker's leasing tour.

Sky replacement for warehouse and industrial exteriors

Industrial and flex-space exteriors shoot under whatever sky is there on leasing-tour day. Sky Swap conforms exteriors to a clean blue register for OM and pitch decks without inventing mountains, water bodies, or adjacent buildings — only the visible sky region changes.

Tuned per asset class — Class A, industrial, retail, mixed-use

A Class A office lobby, a retail bay, a distribution center, and a mixed-use ground-floor have completely different failure modes on camera. Plotpane's CRE preset picks the right correction register per asset class — glass-curtain-wall reflection balance, truck-court asphalt color, or empty-bay fluorescent color cast.

Your workflow

Three steps from raw shoot to listing-ready.

From leasing-tour phone capture or the marketing photographer's deliverables, push through the structure-preserving pipeline and ship to CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and your OM package simultaneously.

  1. 01

Lift the whole leasing-tour photo set

Drop 40-80 photos from a property tour. Auto Enhance corrects mixed fluorescent/daylight color casts, lifts underexposed warehouse interiors, and preserves every architectural detail a tenant rep will check against the as-built plans.

  2. 02

    Straighten verticals in one pass

Wide-angle handheld capture produces keystoning on every column. Perspective Fix restores plumb verticals and level floors across the whole set — the kind of correction Photoshop's Lens Correction only half-accomplishes.

  3. 03

Conform exteriors for pitch and OM

For pitch decks and OM packages, conform every exterior to a clean sky register. Sky Swap handles overcast tours, low-sun shadows across the façade, and the 3pm haze typical of industrial park photography.

What we built this for — CRE

Commercial real estate photography doesn't need the generative register the residential side leans on. A tenant rep can spot a hallucinated column from fifteen feet away, and the deal will die in 30 seconds. We built the CRE preset so nothing is reinvented — the photograph is lifted, straightened, and color-corrected, and the architecture remains pixel-for-pixel what the architect designed.
