Outsourced retouching (BoxBrownie, PhotoUp, overseas teams) scales linearly with volume — $1.50-$3.50 an image, $60-$140 a listing. Plotpane is a flat monthly fee with a hard cap: Pro is $99/mo for 220 images — $0.45 an image, about $11 for a 25-photo listing — or $79/mo billed annually. Renders stop when the cap is reached: there is no overage billing and nothing rolls over, so the honest read is that Pro covers roughly eight or nine listings a month and Agency twenty-four.
The single most margin-eating reshoot is the twilight exterior. A $400-$600 return visit for one photo. Plotpane's Day-to-Dusk produces it from your clean midday plate — architecture preserved, windows glowing, sky conformed — without leaving your desk.
