You can cancel your Plotpane subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no phone calls required. Once you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period, and you'll keep access to every render you've already generated even after the subscription lapses.
If you cancel mid-month, we don't issue prorated refunds for the unused days, but you won't be charged again. Your render history, projects, and team settings are preserved in case you come back.
Steps to cancel
- Go to Settings → Manage subscription in your account menu
- Click Cancel plan and confirm
- You'll receive an email receipt confirming the cancellation date
If you cancel by accident, you can reactivate from the same screen before the period ends with no interruption.
