What happens if I run out of renders?

How credits work

One credit is one image through one tool. Enhance, virtual staging, day-to-dusk, sky replacement, clutter removal, lawn revival, perspective correction — all the same single credit. There is no tool that costs more than another.

Starter is 40 images a month, Pro is 120, Agency is 400. A credit is only spent when a render succeeds; if one fails, the credit goes straight back to your balance.

Bonus credits — trials, comps, anything we've granted you — are tracked separately from your plan's monthly allowance. They don't reset each month and they aren't cleared if you cancel; they stay on your account until you use them. Your plan's credits are spent first, since those are the ones that expire.

When your monthly render allowance runs out, new uploads are paused until you upgrade your plan. You don't lose access to any renders you've already generated — past projects stay fully available to download at the size they were rendered.

If you're consistently running out, upgrading to the next plan tier is usually the better deal — and the upgrade is prorated, so you're not double-paying for the current cycle. Unused renders don't roll over on any plan — the allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Your options

  • Upgrade to a higher plan (prorated)
  • Wait for the next billing cycle to reset
  • Plan renders don't roll over — the allowance resets each cycle
