How do I change my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Manage subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you only pay the difference for the days remaining in the current cycle, and any unused renders from the old plan roll forward. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period so you don't lose the renders you've already paid for.

If you're moving from monthly to annual on the same tier, we credit the unused portion of the monthly subscription toward the annual price. The switch is reversible for 14 days in case you change your mind.

Steps to change

  • Go to Manage subscription
  • Click Switch to the target plan
  • Confirm — your next invoice reflects the prorated amount
