Yes. You own every image Plotpane generates from photos you upload. Our terms of service grant you full, perpetual, worldwide commercial rights to the output — you can put them on the MLS, Zillow, Redfin, Airbnb, Vrbo, your brokerage website, printed brochures, Instagram ads, or anywhere else you'd use a photo of the property.
We don't claim any ownership over your outputs and we don't require attribution. The only restriction is the one you already have under real-estate law: you need the right to the underlying photo in the first place. If you shot it yourself or commissioned it, you're fine. If it was shot by a previous listing agent, check who owns the copyright before re-enhancing it.
What you can do
- Use outputs on any listing portal or social platform
- Sell or license them to clients as part of a listing package
- Print them in marketing collateral without royalties
- Modify them further in Photoshop or Lightroom
