No. We do not use customer uploads, outputs, or project data to train any of our models — ever. This is a core commitment and it's written into our terms of service, not just a marketing line.
Your uploads are stored encrypted at rest in our infrastructure, retained only long enough to render plus a short cache window for your own re-download convenience (30 days by default). You can delete any project at any time, and on a Pro or Agency plan you can shorten the retention window to 24 hours.
Your privacy controls
- Delete individual renders from the project view
- Set account-wide auto-delete in Settings → Privacy
- Request a full data export or account wipe via support
- Enable SSO and audit logs on Agency plans
