If a render comes back with an artifact, a missing detail, or any output that doesn't match the input property's reality — say, a pool where there isn't one, or a landmark that wasn't in the photo — open the render and click Report. Select the category (material misrepresentation / visual artifact / wrong style / other), add a one-line note if you like, and submit.
We refund the credit immediately and flag the job for review. Material-misrepresentation reports go to a human reviewer within one business day. Artifact reports feed our engineering team and inform the next engine update. We treat these seriously — fidelity is the product.
What counts as a bad output
- A feature that wasn't in the original (added water body, added structure, added landmark)
- A missing feature that was in the original (removed window, removed appliance)
- A camera-angle or framing change that misrepresents the property
- Visual artifacts (ghosting, warped walls, duplicated objects)
