How do I batch upload a whole shoot?

The fastest way to upload a full shoot is to drag the entire folder from your desktop directly into the Plotpane uploader. We accept 5 files per batch on Starter, 25 on Pro, and 100 on Agency, in mixed formats (HEIC, JPEG, PNG and WebP all in one drop). Renders run three at a time rather than one after another, so a 25-photo batch is roughly nine rounds of about two minutes rather than fifty minutes end to end.

Each batch becomes a Project with a shared name, and on Pro and Agency the finished set downloads as a single ZIP. One tool runs across the batch — every frame gets the same instruction and the same preserve list, which is what makes the set grade together. A photo that needs a different tool is a separate render, and a separate credit.

Steps to batch

  • Create a new Project from the dashboard
  • Drag the whole folder onto the upload zone
  • Pick one tool for the batch, and a style or sky if that tool has one
  • Click Render all, then download as ZIP when finished (Pro and Agency)
