Not directly. Plotpane accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC; native camera RAW formats (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF, ORF, DNG) are rejected at upload.
The fix is one export step. Open the RAW in whatever you already use — Lightroom, Capture One, Canon Digital Photo Professional, Nikon NX Studio, or Apple Photos — and export a full-resolution JPEG at maximum quality. Upload that. Do your exposure and white-balance corrections in the RAW converter first if you like; Plotpane works on top of whatever you export.
This costs you nothing in the final image. Plotpane renders from the pixels you give it, and a max-quality full-resolution JPEG preserves everything the model uses. It also keeps you under the 25MB upload limit, which most RAW files exceed.
Exporting a JPEG from RAW
- Lightroom: File → Export, Format JPEG, Quality 100, Resize: don't
- Capture One: Export → Variants, Format JPEG, Quality 100
- Canon DPP: File → Convert and save, JPEG, Quality 10
- Nikon NX Studio: File → Export, JPEG, Excellent quality
- Apple Photos: File → Export → Export Photo, JPEG, Quality Maximum
Keep the file under 25MB and you're set.
