iPhone HEIC, JPEG, PNG and WebP all upload directly — no conversion needed. Just drag the file into the uploader.
Camera RAW files (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF, DNG, ORF) are not accepted directly. Export a full-resolution JPEG first — in Lightroom, Capture One, or your camera maker's free software — and upload that. You lose nothing that matters for editing: we work from the exported pixels either way, and a full-quality JPEG export carries all the detail the model uses.
Files must be under 25MB. A full-resolution JPEG export is comfortably inside that; a RAW usually is not, which is the other reason to export first.
For the best output, shoot at your phone's native resolution and avoid HDR mode if possible — HDR merges can confuse the straightening model.
Tips for phone photos
- Hold the phone level — use the built-in grid overlay
- Turn off portrait mode and HDR
- Shoot in landscape for interior rooms
- Tap to focus on the far wall, not a nearby object
