Our target is 60–120 seconds for a standard render and up to 3 minutes for virtual staging or renovation. If you're waiting longer than that, the usual suspects are: a very large RAW file still decoding, a temporary queue spike during peak hours, or a complex staging prompt with many furniture pieces.
You don't need to refresh the page — the render continues on our servers and will finish even if you close the tab. You'll get an email and an in-app notification when it's ready. If a render has been stuck over 10 minutes, it has almost certainly errored silently; cancel it from the project view (you won't be charged) and retry.
How to speed things up
- Export RAWs as high-quality JPEG before upload
- Avoid peak hours (6–10pm US Pacific) for rush jobs
- Use Priority Queue (included on Pro and Agency plans)
- Batch uploads render in parallel, not serially
