What CRM does eXp Realty use, and does Plotpane work with it?+
eXp runs a CRM of Choice program launched in 2024: Cloze is the preferred AI-powered CRM, Lofty is the preferred solution provider, and Kunversion+/kvCORE remains available to agents who were already on it. Plotpane has no API and no integration with any of those platforms — you download the JPEG and upload it yourself, the same as any other photo, which is a single drag-and-drop into each one's media library. The XMP AI-disclosure tag Plotpane writes is informational: it sits in the bytes you download, and those media libraries re-encode on upload, so treat it as your own dated record of the edit rather than something that travels.
How does this fit the eXp Marketing Center and the Listing Presentation / Active Listing Kits?+
The eXp Marketing Center (Breakthrough Broker-powered) and the Listing Kits that launched in the US in October 2023 and Canada in 2024 both accept standard full-resolution JPEG imagery in their asset folders. Plotpane exports a JPEG at quality 92, sRGB, about 2.4K on the long edge, with the disclosure XMP embedded — comfortably larger than those templates need. The same master feeds the Listing Presentation flyer, the Active Listing social cards, the agent's kvCORE/Cloze/Lofty landing page, and the Virtual Launch Kit asset folder. You enhance once and publish everywhere.
I'm an eXp agent in Canada / UK / Australia / South Africa / India / Mexico — does this still apply?+
Yes. eXp Realty operates across the US (all 50 states), Canada, UK, Australia, South Africa, India, Mexico, Portugal, Panama, Colombia, and Brazil on the same cloud brokerage model and the same eXp World virtual campus. The photo workflow is identical because the independent-contractor marketing-out-of-pocket economics are identical. The only difference is which MLS or portal the listing syndicates to — CREA/Realtor.ca in Canada, Rightmove/Zoopla in the UK, realestate.com.au in Australia, Property24 in South Africa, Inmuebles24 in Mexico, Idealista in Portugal — and Plotpane's ~2.4K JPEG output meets the spec for all of them.
Is the eXp 'bad photos' warning from the Inman article something this workflow addresses?+
Yes. In July 2025, eXp's SVP of marketing publicly told Inman that agents shipping poor-quality photos were hurting their own listings across every price point. The most common failures the marketing team flags are the same list a traditional office coordinator flags: tilted verticals, yellow mixed-lighting whites, blown exterior highlights, blue-cast shadows, and over-processed HDR skies. Plotpane's Auto Enhance is calibrated against exactly that correction list — it fixes the five things the eXp marketing team publicly called out, in one pass, before the set ever hits the MLS or the Listing Kit.
Does Plotpane replace what I get inside eXp World or the Virtual Launch Kit?+
No — it sits upstream of them. eXp World (the Virbela-powered virtual campus used for training, masterminds, and brokerage support) and the Virtual Launch Kit handle distribution, training, and content templates, not photo enhancement or virtual staging. Plotpane enhances and stages the original photos first; you then drop the cleaned ~2.4K exports into the Virtual Launch Kit, the Marketing Center, and the CRM of Choice. It is the step that happens before everything eXp's marketing stack already handles.
